Dina Lebbar (2001) graduated from Design Academy Eindhoven in 2024.
She grew up in Casablanca, Morocco. At eighteen she left to study Fine Arts in Paris before undertaking a design bachelor in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
As designer, Dina’s inspiration stems from her Moroccan culture and upbringing. She designs with others in mind, by engaging in a conversation and understanding their experiences. Focusing on cultural crafts and creating tangible products, her projects are meant to trigger curiosity and joy, through a shared experience, such as making music. Additionally, she values thinking through making and ideating possibilities through material tests and models.
Today, she works between Morocco and the Netherlands to further develop her latest project, Majmaa.
